Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Development Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, team leadership, application architecture, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and mentor .NET development teams and provide technical direction.

·         Design and develop scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8+.

·         Develop Web APIs, RESTful services, and microservices.

·         Drive code quality, design standards, security, and performance optimization.

·         Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, architecture, and infrastructure teams.

·         Support CI/CD, Azure, deployments, and production activities.

·         Participate in solution design, code reviews, estimation, and technical discussions.
