Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience building talent pipelines, and a proven ability to recruit for technical, specialized, and leadership-level positions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruiting, or Full-Cycle Recruiting.
• Strong experience with proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting for technical, specialized, or leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting tools.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and quality of hire.
