Truss Services LLC is seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their sales and marketing team. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, this role focuses on a combination of B2B and B2C sales and requires occasional travel for trade shows and other related sales events.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales management strategies
Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Strategize, create and implement systems to create a more efficient sales process
Manage customer relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Generate new leads and convert old ones
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing efforts through ads, social media presence and trade shows
Required Qualifications
~2+ years of experience in sales and marketing

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales management and marketing strategy
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media management and marketing
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical thinking to drive informed decision-making
Agricultural experience is preferred but not required
