About the Role:
Newton School of Technology (NST) works closely with fast-growing companies across AI, Robotics, EV, SaaS, and Deep Tech to build internship and placement pipelines for engineering talent
We are looking for a high-calibre BD / Sales professional to own strategic relationships with founders, CTOs, HR leaders, and engineering managers, and convert them into long-term hiring partnership
s.
This is a consultative B2B role with end-to-end ownersh
ip.
Key Responsibilit
- ies:
Identify and engage high-growth tech companies (Unicorns, Soonicorns, deep-tech startups, enterprises) for internship and placement partners - hips.Lead the full partnership cycle: stakeholder mapping, outreach, pitching, negotiations, onboar
- ding.Understand company hiring needs, tech roles, and team structures to position NST talent effecti
- vely.Manage multi-stakeholder relationships across HR, TA, and engineering teams; drive repeat hiring and account expan
- sion.Oversee hiring cycles, interview coordination, and recruiter experi
- ence.Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and weekly forec
- asts.Share market insights on tech hiring trends to shape NST's internal training and curriculum align
ment.
Requirem
- ents :
3-8 years experience in B2B BD, Hunting, Recruitment Client Handling, SaaS sales, or HR-tech partne - rships.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in senior stakeholder convers
- ations.Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long-cycle partne
- rships.Understanding of tech roles or willingness to learn q
- uickly.Structured, process-driven, and strong with follow-t
- hrough.Analytical mindset and problem-solving a
- bility.Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and forec
asting.
