Job Description

Immediate Hiring: Business Development Manager - EV Chargers

Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. is looking for a high-performing and result-oriented Business Development Manager for its rapidly growing EV Charger business.

Servotech is one of India's leading EV charging and renewable energy companies, offering a wide range of AC and DC EV Chargers for public charging, fleet charging, commercial locations, fuel stations, government projects, automobile companies, Charge Point Operators, and infrastructure developers.

We are looking for a candidate who understands the EV ecosystem, has strong industry connections, and can generate business from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business for AC and DC EV Chargers

• Develop relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, OEMs, automobile companies, fuel retail companies, EPC contractors, government departments, and corporate customers

• Identify new business opportunities across public, commercial, fleet, and destination-charging segments

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Handle customer meetings, proposals, commercial negotiations, and order closures

• Develop channel partners and strategic alliances

• Coordinate with technical, project, service, and internal teams for timely execution

• Track EV-charging tenders and large infrastructure opportunities

Candidate Profile

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have directly handled sales of AC Chargers, DC Fast Chargers, or EV Charging Solutions in their previous roles.

Candidates with proven experience in selling the same products and an existing customer network in the EV-charging industry will be prioritised.

• Proven experience in EV Chargers, EV Infrastructure, Automotive, Power Electronics, Electrical Equipment, or Renewable Energy

• Strong understanding of AC Chargers, DC Fast Chargers, charging networks, and EV-infrastructure projects

• Existing relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, OEMs, government departments, fuel companies, and institutional customers will be highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business-closing skills

• Must be target-driven and capable of independently developing new business

• Candidates with a strong track record of revenue generation will be given priority
