We're hiring for a leading national healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and fostering innovation, with a strong focus on advancing patient outcomes.

The Role

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the cardiovascular service line, encompassing Echo, Cath Lab, EP Lab, Stress Testing, Cardiac Rehab, and the Cardiology Clinic.
• Lead clinical operations, financial performance, business planning, and budgeting for capital and supplies.
• Hire, oversee, and mentor managers across all service areas.
• Act as the primary liaison for physicians, clinical teams, and support departments.
• Drive growth, quality, patient experience, and operational excellence within cardiovascular services.
• Champion advancements in cardiovascular care through strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma and Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare leadership experience (or 10 years in lieu of degree).
• Proven operational leadership experience in a healthcare environment, including oversight of clinical workflows, staffing, and performance.
• Experience in procedural cardiovascular services such as Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Interventional procedures is ideal.
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate financial reports and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
