Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies to support successful technology implementations.
2. Coordinate testing workstreams, resource planning, project meetings, and cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, action logs, and stakeholder communications.
4. Support PMO activities across testing, conversion, cutover, and implementation phases while driving continuous process improvements.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, PMO, enterprise technology implementations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
Technical Skills	Project Management, PMO, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Project Planning, Risk Management, Issue Tracking, Project Reporting, Agile Methodologies
Business / Domain Skills	Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Coordination, Resource Planning, Change Management, Business Process Support, Talent Management Systems
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting Talent Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) technology implementations.
2. Experience coordinating enterprise testing, conversion, and cutover activities.
3. Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
