Location: Kalamazoo, MI, remote is also an option.

• PAS-X MES Expertise: Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and complex technical troubleshooting PAS-X MES platforms across pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments.
• Pharma & GxP Compliance: Bring 15+ years of total experience with deep domain knowledge in pharma/healthcare operations.
• Shop-Floor & ERP Integration: Design and execute complex integrations linking PAS-X with enterprise systems (SAP/ERP)
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze complex manufacturing workflows to draft detailed functional specifications, MBR (Master Batch Record) recipe designs, and solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Technical Development Stack: Apply hands-on experience in database engineering (Oracle, SQL Server) and object-oriented programming (Core Java, JavaScript) for advanced custom extensions and reporting.
• Performance & System Validation: Drive performance tuning, system scalability, and formal CSV/validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for critical software applications.
