Role Overview

WinWire is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – AI & CRM Solutions with strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Business Analysis experience supporting CRM transformation, customer engagement, AI, and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 4+ years supporting CRM initiatives
• Strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations & Customer Engagement experience
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or equivalent CRM platforms
• Understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Conversational AI, and Automation
• Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis & Solution Definition
• User Stories, Functional Specifications & Acceptance Criteria
• Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• UAT, Change Management, Training & User Adoption
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges and processes
• Analyze CRM workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and AI adoption
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Document business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications
• Support CRM enhancements and AI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and QA teams
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Analyze business data and user feedback for continuous improvement
• Support change management, training and adoption
• Maintain requirements traceability and business/technology alignment
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, recommendations and solution proposals
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
