Automotive Service Advisor - Sales-Driven / Customer-Focused

We are looking for a results-oriented Service Advisor who can confidently consult with customers, present repair recommendations, and close work ethically and consistently. You will guide customers through inspections, recommend needed services, and convert those recommendations into approved work — all while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Greet customers, assess concerns, and lead confident sales conversations. Present inspections clearly and professionally, turning recommendations into approved work. Consistently improve ARO, service conversion, and customer satisfaction. Listen to customer needs, explain repairs in plain language, and follow up on open estimates. Build computerized tickets, source parts, and communicate timelines.

Ensure inspections are thorough, accurate, and clearly documented. Support cleanliness, organization, and professional shop appearance.

Previous sales, service advisor, or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred, not required)
Basic automotive knowledge (training provided)
