The Ask? Client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - IRM.  Must have IRM/GRC implementation experience - hands-on

  Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to define business processes for Policy Lifecycle Management, Risk Register, and Policy Exceptions.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.
• Design governance processes for policy authoring, approvals, version control, periodic reviews, and compliance tracking.
• Define enterprise risk management processes, including risk taxonomy, assessments, control mapping, ownership, and reporting.
• Design standardized policy exception processes, approval governance, remediation workflows, audit readiness, and compliance visibility.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, solution demonstrations, UAT, organizational change management, and production readiness.
• MUST HAVE CERTIFICATIONS:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (CIS-IRM) required;
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance or equivalent governance certifications (e.g., CRISC/CISA)
• Strong leadership, executive communication, advisory, and pre-sales experience with proven delivery of enterprise-scale IRM transformations.
