Join one of the Southeast's leading building automation providers. CMS Controls is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Project Sales Representative (PSR) to lead our growth across key vertical markets. As a PSR, you'll represent our full suite of building automation and energy management solutions, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and end-users to deliver outcomes that matter. Own sales growth in assigned vertical markets and geographic territory.

Cultivate new relationships while expanding key existing customer accounts. Engage with consulting engineers and MEP contractors to influence design and project strategy. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to grow CMS visibility. Manage all phases of the sales cycle: discovery, estimating, bidding, proposal, closing, and turnover. Ensure smooth handoffs to operations through structured turnover meetings. Keep CRM (Salesforce) updated with opportunities, forecasts, and activities. Exceeds sales and gross margin targets. Maintains high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Accurately tracks market and project trends for BDM and leadership review.
2 5 years in B2B project sales (ideally BAS, MEP, construction, or energy).
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
~ Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
