Delivery Manager

From a Program Delivery perspective, we are looking for a strong delivery leader who can:

Lead large scale transformation and delivery initiatives across multiple teams

Oversee and coach a team, including two Project Leads who will report into this role

Drive execution, accountability, and alignment across cross functional stakeholders

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to delivery teams while helping elevate overall team performance

Navigate complex dependencies, risks, and organizational change initiatives

In addition to strong delivery and transformation experience, it is important that candidates have demonstrated people leadership experience and a track record of coaching and developing team members.
