Site Logistics Coordinator

Site Logistics Coordinator to support data center operations. This role focuses on the physical and systematic coordination of deliveries, inventory, shipments, and materials management within the data center environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operations setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries in the data center both physically and systematically including:
  • Receiving devices and consumables
  • Ensuring materials are secured and stored appropriately at time of delivery
• Expedite shipments and perform ad-hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
• Maintain and organize storage areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Create physical project pallets as needed.
• Pull, prep, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites and warehouses.
• Support and appropriately escalate emergent DC Ops material requests and other urgent matters.
• Perform inventory accuracy activities, including:
  • Weekly inventory scans (devices)
  • Cycle counts within the inventory system per ABC analysis schedule
  • Onsite and warehouse discrepancy deep dives
• Manage physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) processes, including:
  • RTS rack transactions
  • Post-project unused material RTS
