Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, driving new business opportunities for Lush Surfacoats' sports flooring and specialized coating solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and developing relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries. The role involves presenting product benefits, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical and production teams to offer customized solutions aligned with client requirements. The Business Development Executive will manage accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM or relevant tools, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Regular interaction with clients, participation in meetings, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships are central to this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, approach, and convert potential clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to handle client relationships, negotiate deals, and manage ongoing projects.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, conduct meetings, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of industrial coatings, decorative coatings, or sports flooring products, or a strong interest in technical product sales.
- Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach to sales.
