Lead Product Manager | North Decatur, GA, United States | Hybrid | $111,500.00 - $185,900.00
We're hiring on behalf of a leading innovator in automotive dealer software solutions, recognized for its powerful suite of industry-renowned brands. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team focused on bringing groundbreaking new solutions to market that leverage emerging technologies and address new business opportunities.
The Role
• Guide the development and evolution of products to meet evolving customer needs and strategic business objectives.
• Drive the creation of product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions for innovative new offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, marketing, client solutions, and engineering to gather feedback and align on product development.
• Define product requirements, manage feature development through an agile process, and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Focus on new solutions that span traditional product boundaries, incorporating emerging technologies like AI and ML.
• Utilize rapid prototyping, iteration, and direct client feedback to optimize product-market fit.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Deep understanding of business principles, product performance metrics, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, and working with KPIs and analytics.
• Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred.
• Automotive industry experience, particularly with dealer software, is highly desirable.
