Hiring Drivers Now is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to match CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will source candidates, manage job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate with transportation employers to fill open routes quickly. You'll leverage web-based recruiting tools, track performance data, and deliver responsive support to both drivers and carriers. Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit CDL and non-CDL truck drivers nationwide using online tools and databases
  • Create, optimize, and manage job postings across the Hiring Drivers Now platform and partner sites

  • Coordinate closely with transportation employers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Provide responsive, helpful support to drivers throughout the application and placement process
  • Track recruiting metrics and performance data to improve fill rates and time-to-hire
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems
