QA Lead/Manager

We are seeking experienced QA Leads and QA Managers with a strong background in test automation and the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and leading automation testing initiatives while working closely with development and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium Automation
• Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP)
• Good understanding of CI/CD & DevOps pipelines
• Strong SQL skills for backend/database validation
• Experience with IGNITE framework/platform
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)
• Programming experience in Python and/or Java
• Experience with Karate Framework for API automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading QA teams or managing testing activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define test strategies, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
