Job Description:

We are seeking a Vulnerability Management / Security Engineer with 3–5+ years of experience in vulnerability assessment, security scanning, and remediation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nessus, Trivy, and Burp Suite and a strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and container security.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management / Cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with Nessus
• Experience with Trivy for container/image vulnerability scanning
• Experience with Burp Suite for web application security testing
• Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment & Security Scanning
• Understanding of CVE, CVSS, vulnerability prioritization, and risk assessment
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and tracking
• Knowledge of Web Application, Network, Cloud, and Container Security
• Experience analyzing scan results and identifying false positives
• Strong knowledge of security reporting, documentation, and compliance processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform vulnerability assessments and security scans using Nessus, Trivy, and Burp Suite.
• Identify, validate, prioritize, and document security vulnerabilities.
• Analyze vulnerabilities based on CVSS, severity, business impact, and risk.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams for remediation.
• Track vulnerabilities through remediation, validation, and closure.
• Perform web application and container security assessments.
• Investigate false positives and validate identified vulnerabilities.
• Generate vulnerability reports and security dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support vulnerability management, remediation, and security compliance initiatives.
