Role: Business Analyst Change Manager (Hybrid 1-2 days Onsite/ Week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Change Manager to drive our strategic and digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will assess business needs, map "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" processes, design functional requirements, and concurrently build and execute change enablement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Design

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements via workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" process mapping, workflow design, and gap analysis.
• Partner with technical and product teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and prototypes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defects, and track change requests.

Change Management & Adoption

• Conduct Change Impact Analyses and Stakeholder Analyses to evaluate how people, roles, and processes are affected by transitions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Strategy / Plan (aligned with frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci).
• Design communication campaigns, stakeholder engagement roadmaps, and leadership alignment sessions.
• Assess training and upskilling needs; partner with enablement teams to create user guides, job aids, and training modules.
• Monitor adoption metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and feedback loops during post-implementation reviews (PIR).
• Act as a liaison between business leadership, end-users, and technical delivery teams to resolve roadblocks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 6+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Organizational Change Management.
• Technical & BA Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, user story creation, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Change Management Knowledge:
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, resistance mitigation, and driving user adoption.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP).
