ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator. This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting daily property operations by delivering exceptional customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community.

What You’ll Do:

·         Provide friendly, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors

·         Assist with resident amenities, including parking access, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor coordination

·         Support concierge operations, including deliveries and break coverage

·         Enter and track work orders accurately and in a timely manner

·         Issue and manage access cards and credentials

·         Help maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, front drive, and parking areas

·         Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette

·         Perform additional duties as needed to support resident satisfaction and property operations

What You Need to Succeed:

·         Strong customer service and communication skills

·         Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·         Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

·         Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management systems is a plus

·         Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or apartment communities preferred

·         High school diploma or equivalent required
