Program Manager - BRIM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager - BRIM in Foster City, CA.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will support the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs, working with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items
• Maintain RAID logs and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-ups
• Track project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities
• Coordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI-CA
• Support testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards
• Facilitate communication between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in SAP programs
• Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes
• Strong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP BRIM/S4HANA implementation experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience managing global teams and SI/vendor relationships

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
