Location : Remote (occasional travel to Middletown, PA   (  ONE Week Onsite , Every Month )

Job Description:

We are looking for a senior Performance Load Test Architect/Lead to lead enterprise performance engineering and load testing for the Journi program.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the overall performance testing strategy and standards.

- Design workload models based on production data and expected business growth.

- Lead performance testing for SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, batch processing, web, andmobile applications.

- Review application architecture and identify performance, scalability, and capacity issues.

- Lead load, stress, endurance, spike, and failover testing.

- Analyze response time, throughput, database performance, API latency, JVM metrics, and infrastructure bottlenecks.

- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend application, database, and infrastructure improvements.

- Lead the implementation and administration of NeoLoad.

- Create reusable performance testing frameworks and automated regression testing.

- Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level updates.

- Work closely with development, SAP, CRM, infrastructure, middleware, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.

- 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering/load testing.

- 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.

- Expert-level NeoLoad experience.

- Strong experience architecting performance testing solutions for large enterprise applications.

- Experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, performance monitoring, and diagnostics.

- Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure performance.

Education / Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

- Neo Load certification is preferred.

- Azure or AWS certification is preferred.
