Sales Manager to help lead and grow our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who wants to take on greater leadership responsibility while continuing to be involved in sales.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance sales professionals. Set expectations and help the team consistently reach sales goals. Monitor sales activity, performance, and results. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback. Lead by example through your own sales production.

Work directly with customers to quote, recommend coverage, and close business. Help create a positive culture built around teamwork, accountability, and success. Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Help recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent. Ensure the team follows agency processes and customer service standards.

Previous insurance sales experience with a strong record of success
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Life & Health Insurance License
Previous leadership, supervisory, or sales management experience
A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable balancing team leadership with personal sales production
