The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems.
• Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure.
• Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for the PEGA platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported PEGA environments.
• Gather requirements and be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using critical thinking skills.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of experience.
• Eligibility for U.S. employment and ability to pass FAA security screening for Public Trust positions.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Pegasystems (Pega) software development, management, and support.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with PEGA upgrade, patching activities, and application support.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and OOTB tools.
• Familiarity with web technologies, including .Net or Java.
