F2F ServiceNow Application Developer NO H1B OR CPT

Introduction:

Contract to Hire role with growing Commercial Insurance company. The F2F ServiceNow Application Developer will be the main fulltime Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Argo for the new ClearBrook Service Now instance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex implementations and architecture decisions related to ServiceNow development
• Utilize advanced JavaScript skills to work on the Glide API, ServiceNow data model, platform security, ACLs, scoped applications, and integration patterns
• Work on Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server concepts, platform automation, and enterprise system integrations
• Act as a senior technical owner, balancing hands-on development, solution architecture, stakeholder alignment, platform governance, and delivery execution
• Maintain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) status and work towards Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and ensure platform governance

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the Glide API, ServiceNow data model, platform security, ACLs, scoped applications, and integration patterns
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server concepts, platform automation, and enterprise system integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
• Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications highly desirable
• Experience with Git, ATF, or DevOps tools in ServiceNow
