Job description
The University of Tasmania is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Business Services team. Based in Hobart, Launceston or Burnie, you will administer UTAS enterprise information systems, provide expert support across channels and drive continuous improvements to user experiences.
In this role you will engage with ITS clients, contribute to IT projects, and help design training for both technical and non technical staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery within ITIL
