Our client is seeking a highly experienced System Analyst / QA Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities for a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) implementation.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience with large Scale Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing Software & Commercial off the Shelf (COTS)

10+ years of experience with Mainframes

10+ years of experience with Data Analysis
10+ years of experience with coordination of SIT, UAT and End2End Testing activities on
a large scale project 
10+ years of experience with Test Scenario Development, Test Case Creation, Test Data
Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Tracking, Metrics reporting 
15+ years of excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the
ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences 
10+ years of experience with executive/Management Reporting & Presentations
10 years strong meeting facilitation and communication skills

10 years strong understanding of programming logic

10 years experience working with vendors, system integrators and multidisciplinary teams

Preferred

1 year experience with Teradata
