Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, with expertise in financial management, resource planning, stakeholder management, project governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership:

Lead end-to-end program management for Finance Security initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects.

• Financial Management:

Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Resource Management:

Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization across multiple projects and teams.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Finance, Security, IT, and Business teams to ensure alignment, integration, and successful delivery of initiatives.

• Project Governance:

Define and enforce program governance, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.

• Stakeholder Management:

Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

• Risk & Issue Management:

Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, driving mitigation plans across teams.

• Status Reporting:

Provide regular reporting on program progress, financial health, and delivery outcomes

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager managing complex, cross-functional programs.

• Strong knowledge of financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).

• Experience in resource management and capacity planning.

• Solid background in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Experience working in large, complex corporate environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Finance Security or Information Security domains.

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum.

• Experience in global or matrix organizations.
