Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage physical office buildout and construction projects, including vendors, contractors, timelines, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office construction and buildout projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, facilities, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Track construction milestones and deliverables.
• Manage vendor performance and project documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Project Management experience with office buildouts / construction projects.
• Strong vendor and contractor management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Jira knowledge is a plus.
