As an Event Assistant, you will support community events and outreach programs while representing our nonprofit and community partners in a professional and positive way. You will work directly with the public, help create a welcoming event experience, and support the team with daily event operations. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training
. No previous event experience is required—we are looking for individuals who are motivated to learn, communicate well, and take initiative.

Assist with setting up and organizing community events
Represent our nonprofit and community programs professionally
Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, retail, fundraising, sales, or community outreach is a plus—but not required.

Successful Event Assistants can develop into additional responsibilities in event coordination, team leadership, training, recruiting, and management based on performance and demonstrated leadership. Full-time availability. Schedule may include weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on event and program needs.
