Title: QA Tester Contractor
Duration: Through 2/26/27
Location: 100% onsite in Cincinnati, OH
Responsibilities:

• As a QA Tester Contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Execute test cases and document results to ensure software meets specified requirements.
• Identify, report, and track defects and issues in the software.
• Collaborate with developers to understand features and functionalities to be tested.
• Perform regression testing to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test case review activities.

Requirements:

• Experience using AI-assisted tools for test case generation, API/UI automation support, defect summarization, regression analysis, and test data preparation.
• Expert-level automation experience in:
• Selenium for UI validation
• Playwright for modern and responsive web interfaces.
• Karate Framework for REST and SOAP API validation testing (using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured).
• Experience testing in Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) environments or similar retail systems.
• Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with test management tools (e.g., QMetry, JIRA, Zephyr).
• BDD/TDD, data-driven testing, and mocking service layers.
• Coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Professional Experience with Go Programming
