Inside Sales Representative Level I

Those partnerships with key suppliers like Bosch, Garrett, Federal Mogul, Cummins, Stanadyne, Holset, BorgWarner, Delphi, Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Denso and others have been critical in honing our remanufacturing capabilities and expanding our parts offering to include new, no core options in fuel injectors and fuel pumps, diesel engine cylinder heads, blocks, crankshafts and connecting rods. M&D also stocks a complete assortment of turbos (new and remanufactured), inframe overhaul kits, filtration and aftertreatment parts including DPFs, DOCs, EGRs, sensors and other engine parts.

. The Inside Sales Representative assists customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service.

Interact with walk-in customers at the front counter
Assist customers in selecting required parts and recommend associated products and services
Receive and process orders via the counter, phone, and email
Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
Answers questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or direct them to the person that can assist them
Assists with any customer service issues that may arise
Responsible for both Incoming/Outbound Sales Calls
Achieves assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management to grow parts business
Develops new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web, and other electronic media
Maximizes current customer potential by using all available resources, including but not limited to CRM contact and data mining tools, purchase analysis to determine growth opportunities, regular contact with owners and key decision makers, developing and leveraging relationships, maintaining current knowledge of new product and market developments
Documents all relevant account activity in the CRM tool or other appropriate areas
Inside Sales Experience Preferred.

Diesel engine parts experience required. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Bilingual a plus - Spanish and English. Experience with Salesforce a plus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
