Job Description
Eil Global is seeking an on-call IT support engineer for dispatch-based, freelance/part-time work in Wollongong NSW. You will install and upgrade operating systems, patch systems, and perform hardware/software break fixes for clients across APAC and EMEA.
Basic Wi Fi and LAN/WAN knowledge required; strong MS Office skills and Business English with local language are essential. Role is on-site in Wollongong with ticket-based tasks and SLA adherence.
