Part Time Nanny – Scotts Valley, CA

A family in Scotts Valley, CA 95066 is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nanny for their two children, ages 6 and 8.

Schedule:

• Start date: ASAP
• Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM; Wednesday from 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Total Hours: Approximately 12.5 hours per week

Family Specifications:

• Pet-free home.
• Smoke-free home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide age-appropriate supervision, engagement, and assistance with homework and structured after-school routines
• Safely handle school pickups and drive children to local extracurricular activities (all within a 10-minute radius)
• Prepare after-school snacks and simple dinner prep for the children/family
• Light housekeeping duties (tidying play/bedroom areas, washing dishes used during shift/kitchen cleanup, and folding laundry)

Requirements:

• Previous experience caring for school-aged children
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation (booster seat provided by family).
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications required

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with children who have ADHD is a plus but not required

Compensation:

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement
