AI Business Analyst

Description
We're partnering with an organization that is expanding its use of AI and automation technologies and is looking for an AI Business Analyst to help identify opportunities, drive adoption, and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, process improvement, and emerging technology. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate challenges, identify AI-driven solutions, and help teams successfully integrate new capabilities into their day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders and end users to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support AI and automation initiatives.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements that leverage AI technologies.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to uncover business needs and define solution requirements.
• Help translate business objectives into functional requirements for technical teams and solution developers.
• Support the implementation of AI-powered tools by developing adoption strategies, training materials, and user guidance.
• Measure solution effectiveness through feedback, usage metrics, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continued improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to generative AI technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
• Experience evaluating business use cases for AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Understanding of data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives.
• Experience creating training materials, user documentation, or adoption programs.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, or responsible AI practices.
