Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 applications and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

• Configure and maintain forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).

• Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.

• Perform system integrations and data migrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and other integration tools.

• Manage deployments, solution updates, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Follow platform governance, security, documentation, and development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• 8+ years of experience customizing forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and BPFs.

• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

• 3+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform/Dynamics 365 DevOps, Power Pipelines, or ALM Accelerator.

• Experience with data integration and migration using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.
