Morris Plains, NJ (Hybrid)
On-Site Role (Contract)
$28 - $30 per hour (dependent on experience)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a Fortune 15 healthcare organization, is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst for a contract position based in Morris Plains, NJ (hybrid). In this role, you will support teams focused on affordability programs, patient insurance solutions, and business operations. You will play a key part in transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, operational decision-making, and executive-level discussions. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Analyze data related to affordability programs, patient assistance initiatives, and insurance-focused products
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau
  • Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Perform operational reporting and business analysis related to retail channel performance
  • Partner with business leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Stay informed on emerging analytics and AI capabilities to improve reporting and insight generation
  • Provide actionable insights to influence product strategy and operational decision-making
  • Support executive-level discussions with data-driven recommendations
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Python is a plus
