Novax Recruitment Group is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, specialising in the Construction & Engineering sectors across the USA market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

• Friday: 12pm-5pm

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

• Identify and develop relationships with clients across the USA
• Source and engage with high-quality candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Build and maintain your own professional network
• Develop specialist knowledge within the Construction & Engineering sectors
• Negotiate offers and help successfully place candidates into new roles
• Work towards achievable targets and build your earning potential
