Graduate Recruitment Consultant - USA Construction & Engineering Market

Novax Recruitment Group 26,000 basic salary + uncapped earning potential

Are you a graduate looking to start your career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry where your hard work can have a direct impact on your earnings?

Novax Recruitment Group is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, specialising in the Construction & Engineering sectors across the USA market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

  • Identify and develop relationships with clients across the USA
  • Source and engage with high-quality candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
  • Build and maintain your own professional network
  • Develop specialist knowledge within the Construction & Engineering sectors
  • Negotiate offers and help successfully place candidates into new roles
  • Work towards achievable targets and build your earning potential
