Recruitment Consultant - Education

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll play an important role in matching talented education professionals with the right opportunities while helping to grow and develop your own recruitment desk.

You'll receive ongoing support, training, and guidance to help you achieve your targets and progress your career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

  • Source, attract, and recruit suitable candidates for education roles.

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement.

  • Meet and exceed individual performance and billing targets.

  • Provide an excellent level of service to clients and candidates.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • Experience in education recruitment is advantageous but not required.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, confident, and commercially minded approach.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A target-driven attitude with the motivation to succeed.

  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
