Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leicester, LE19 1SX
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Type: Permanent, office-based

Are you an experienced salesperson or Recruitment Consultant looking for a role with genuine progression and earning potential?

Optima UK is an independently owned recruitment agency specialising in Manufacturing, Engineering and Professional Services. We are expanding our Leicester team and looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our Engineering and Manufacturing divisions.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment position where you will develop your own desk and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

You will:

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Generate new business and develop your desk
  • Source, interview and place candidates
  • Manage vacancies from initial instruction through to offer
  • Advertise roles and manage applications
  • Attend client meetings when required

About You

  • Previous sales or recruitment experience
  • Confident developing new business over the phone
  • Motivated, resilient and target-driven
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to build long-term professional relationships
