About the Role
Our firm is recruiting on behalf of a leading Fortune 100 retailer and technology-driven enterprise that supports millions of customers through a large-scale digital, data, and infrastructure ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cybersecurity remediation and risk decisioning initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.
This role sits at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Product organizations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex dependencies, facilitate risk-based decisions, and ensure the successful remediation of security findings. This is a highly visible role that requires technical fluency, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity remediation programs and drive resolution of security findings across multiple teams.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Product, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Facilitate technical discussions to address security architecture concerns, integration challenges, ownership issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive risk-based decision making related to security findings, controls, and high-risk business processes.
  • Coordinate remediation efforts across security domains including identity management, cloud security, data protection, network security, application security, and vulnerability management.
  • Identify and manage program risks, blockers, dependencies, sequencing challenges, and critical path activities.
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into remediation progress, program health, risks, decisions, and action items.
  • Lead and enhance security review processes for high-risk business processes, including the development of new workflows and continuous process improvements.
  • Challenge assumptions, identify gaps in planning, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Provide executive-level communications and status updates focused on outcomes, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions.
  • Drive accountability and decision-making across teams where ownership spans multiple organizations.

Qualifications
Required
  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management or comparable technical program leadership experience in large enterprise environments.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience driving decision-making and accountability across complex organizational structures.
Preferred
  • Experience leading cybersecurity remediation, risk management, or security transformation programs.
