About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Software Developer(DevEx)/Platform Engineering Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DevSecOps integration along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Developer Experience (DevEx) & Platform Enablement Lead to drive engineering productivity, platform strategy, and developer enablement across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Developer Experience (DevEx) strategy and engineering productivity initiatives.
• Design, develop, and enhance Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
• Implement self-service infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Establish CI/CD paved paths, standardized pipelines, and reusable templates.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices and security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create reusable architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and engineering standards.
• Drive cross-functional engineering collaboration and adoption of developer platforms and best practices.
• Improve software delivery efficiency, scalability, quality, and developer workflows.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in DevEx, Platform Engineering, or Engineering Productivity.
• Expertise in IDP, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with engineering enablement, reusable architecture patterns, and platform adoption.
