Technical Lead

We are looking for a strong candidate with deep hands-on engineering experience and proven success working within vendor-led delivery models. The individual will be a core member of the DMB engineering squad, responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery, providing architectural guidance, driving engineering excellence, managing vendor delivery, and supporting the evolution of the DMB Global Platform.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Strong technical leadership with hands-on software engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience designing and building scalable APIs and microservices
• Direct experience with modern development practices, including hands-on coding, solution iteration, Git-based development workflows, and branching strategies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Solution design and enterprise architecture experience
• Experience leading teams within vendor-led or hybrid delivery models
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern software delivery practices
• Understanding of observability, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps
