Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Remote (EST/CST) Duration: 12 Months contract
The team is building a custom agentic AI platform designed to help sellers save time through AI-powered workflows and automation.
Key points:
  • Internal AI product, not a generic chatbot
  • Multiple business domains/workstreams
  • Currently supporting:
  • Controls (UK&I and North America)
  • HVAC Equipment (North America)
  • Pilot phase is underway
  • Existing AI engineers have been successful, resulting in expansion
  • Leadership expanded scope from one business unit to multiple regions, creating demand for additional AI talent
What They'll Be Working On
These resources support the same AI initiative but are not focused on building AI models.
Front-End Development
Supporting:
  • User-facing AI application interfaces
