Job Title:  Archer Developer   L2   OR   L3

Location:  Dallas, TX 

Mode : Contract (6+ Months)   - Hybrid  ( 3 days / Week)

 

Job Description,

Note: minimum 5 -10+ yrs of experience required.

Skills Required TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Strong experience in Archer administration, configuration, customization, and production support.

•  Hands-on experience with Archer Solution Packages and custom on-demand application development.

•  Expertise in workflows, questionnaires, calculations, record permissions, access controls, and data feeds.

•  Experience with Archer platform upgrades, migrations, deployment, and environment management.

•  Proficient in Archer integrations using Web APIs, data imports/exports, and automated data exchange processes.

•  Strong troubleshooting skills for application, workflow, performance, and user access issues.

•  Experience with SQL Server, database querying, IIS administration, and Windows-based application environments.

•  Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and SDLC methodologies.

•  Experience in GRC domains including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, Third-Party Risk, and Exception Management.

•  Hands-on experience preparing HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and implementation artifacts.

GENERAL SKILLS

•  Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and Information Security principles.

•  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

•  Good understanding of IT infrastructure, security technologies, and enterprise applications.

•  Experience in risk assessment, control evaluation, and process improvement initiatives.

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

•  Strong understanding of security controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

•  Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

•  Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

•  Strong understanding of system architecture, cybersecurity concepts, and enterprise technology platforms

Platform / Tool Expertise

  • Archer GRC Platform

·        Bachelor Degree/MBA/MCA/ Diploma in Engineering/IT/Computer Sciences.

Following Certifications will be preferred:

    •    Archer Certified Consultant/Administrator
