Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Property Acquisition Manager role :
• A genuine passion for retail growth and market expansion.
• A proven track record in site acquisition and network growth.
• Identifying, evaluating, and securing prime commercial and retail spaces.
• Extensive field exposure with a willingness to travel and build a pipeline of 500+ high-street locations across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
• Expertise in negotiating commercial terms, lease rentals, and revenue-sharing models.
• Strong analytical skills to assess store viability using retail business metrics.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive expansion objectives.
