Manager Cloud Service Engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Services Practice Manager in Phoenix, AZ. This strategic leadership role will own and grow a multi-cloud services practice focused on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS. The Cloud Services Practice Manager will drive revenue growth, partner certifications, team development, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence while building a high-performing cloud practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and multi-cloud service offerings
• Develop and execute 1-year and 3-year strategic practice plans
• Drive revenue growth, certifications, partner accreditations, and practice performance
• Build relationships across Microsoft and AWS partner organizations
• Develop cloud go-to-market offerings and co-sell strategies
• Partner with sales and marketing on business development and demand-generation initiatives
• Lead presales engineers and collaborate with service delivery leadership
• Build team capabilities across architecture, migration, security, data, AI, and managed services
• Develop sales enablement, training, and certification plans
• Track revenue, performance metrics, and overall practice health
• Represent the organization at industry events and deliver presentations and thought leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field preferred; MBA is a plus
• Microsoft and/or AWS certifications, individually or across managed teams
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a technology services environment
• Proven experience building or growing a multi-cloud practice
• Experience developing sales enablement and training programs
• Strong business development and client relationship experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS
• Deep understanding of Microsoft and AWS partner ecosystems, programs, and co-sell motions
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience reporting business insights to executive leadership
• Ability to travel for client engagements and industry events
• Experience with cloud marketing strategy and partner funding programs preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
