Job Description

I'm partnering with an international organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 8-9 month fixed-term contract.

Client Details

The organisation is a UK-wide company, this role will require flexibility to travel business needs dependent.

Description

As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops and retains top talent while driving engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to commercial goals
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives, restructures and transformation projects
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters
  • Leading workforce planning, succession planning and talent development activities
  • Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Coaching managers on performance management, development planning and people leadership
  • Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks and inform decision-making
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice

Profile

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can build credibility quickly and operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role
  • Strong employee relations and change management experience
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across UK sites

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of up to 48,000
  • 3,500 car allowance
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working with approximately 3 days onsite per week - Monmouth or travelling to sites across the UK
