Business Analyst – Finance | Infor CloudSuite
Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Finance with strong Infor CloudSuite Financials expertise to support business process transformation and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal SME for Infor CloudSuite Financial Modules
• Support Record to Report (R2R), Billing to Collections (B2C), and Cash Processing to Reconciliation
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation partner
• Own business requirements and act as the source of truth for implementation
• Lead stakeholder design discussions and validate future-state processes
• Analyze current-state processes, pain points, customizations, gaps, and workarounds
• Challenge implementation solutions that do not align with business requirements
• Document configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, risks, and workarounds
• Lead test strategy, test scenarios, and test script development
• Perform unit testing and lead E2E, SIT, and UAT
• Support data migration activities and collaborate with the Data Architect
• Develop training materials, job aids, and lead training sessions
• Support user adoption and change management activities
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Identify and communicate risks, data issues, and project impacts to leadership

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Infor CloudSuite Financials experience
• Hands-on experience with R2R, B2C, and Cash Processing to Reconciliation
• Business requirements gathering and documentation
• Current-state and future-state process analysis
• Infor CloudSuite implementation experience
• Stakeholder and implementation partner management
• Functional testing, SIT, UAT, and E2E testing
• Data migration support
• Process flows, business rules, and configuration documentation
• Training materials and user adoption
• Requirements Traceability Matrix and risk management
